Why would you close down the escalators? I guess the design engineers didn't anticipate having this large of crowds on a consistent basis. Makes sense considering the fair-weather Failcons fanbase.

I was there last night witnessing UT poo the bed on defense but somehow still pull a win out of their asses. The place is nice, but holy fug it has issues. The lines for beer were out of control. The soda machines ran out of ice before halftime. The bathrooms were cramped and claustrophobic. The view of the halo screens from our seats was partially blocked by the overhang. I'm guessing these are mostly opening-weekend hiccups, but I hope for our sake they correct most of this before our game there on New Years.

Halo screens are so high looks like the viewing angle isn't very good?

The lighting looked like poo on TV as well. The FSU Bama game looked dim.

As much as it pains me to say it,   Nope the Halo screens are fugging awesome.  Not sure how the ligthing on TV looked but it was fine to me at the game.

The screens were fine.

Last night it took about twenty minutes to leave the stadium. I didn't know about the escalators. It seemed as though they were streaming the entire place out of two doors which is insanity.

After that, it was nearly impossible just to leave the grounds. It took another ten minutes just to walk to where we. Would have hopped on MARTA, but we just decided it'd be easier to walk the two miles home.

The concourse is very very tight. I've never seen anything like it. At most it's half the size of the lower concourse at boa. I get that it's still new and people were there to check it out, but you couldn't move an hour before the game.

Bathrooms seemed kinda small too but I'm a pro at going at off times so I never had an issue.

I noticed that about the lower concourse too. That's definitely an inherent design flaw that you can't fix. The place was obviously designed with form over function in mind.

The Marta station at the stadium was basically a stationary mob, so we walked about a mile or so to the Peachtree Center station.
