It's not the end of the world....just an questionable. Who will take up the special teams slack?

Hopefully they saw some young guy that showed some promise in Pre Season that will pick up the slack on ST's.

There will be the same number of players on the field when we cover punts. It might matter long term if we can't find a good kicker but right now it's  really no big deal, IMO.

You keep repeating this. Of course there are the same number.  The point is that we have two kickers and on QB who does not play special teams. So two 53 man roster spots are taken by players who don't see the field ever and don't play ever. That is different and means we dont have the same amount of game day flexibility.

OK but if that non ST playing QB and the 2nd kicker don't get a uniform on Sunday, the only way it hurts us is if the kicker and both dressed QB's get hurt. If that happened, wouldn't we be screwed anyway? It's not like this has never been done before. Webb was the only QB in the entire league who played ST's.

Maybe it's Cole Luke, Russell Shepherd, Seymour, and Cox who pick up special teams duties. That's perfectly possible but that's the question.

Living in a different State now I don't get the opportunity each week to watch the Panthers so I am not up on who is inline for the Special Team play. I just hope someone can step up and fill the void.

You can tell Rivera has lost confidence in Graham. If he indeed continues to struggle, we cut him and hand over the reigns to Butker, who is already on the roster. Brilliant

Maybe our team is so loaded with talent that having 3 QB's & 2 Kickers doesn't really matter!  Most good teams waste those bottom spots anyway right?

If he already lost confidence in Gano then grow a spine and cut him and move onto Butker like any other coach would do.
