If you think that extent of Hurney's ineptness for the next year is keeping two kickers on the roster, then you're in for a rough time. History has shown us that he will do much more harm than good, if he sticks around long enough.

I'd be upset but okay with the Gettleman firing if we hadn't replaced him with our previous failure of a GM right before training camp. JR was dumb for that and you can't justify it.

Well that's just not true at all. Hurney was spot on first round but after that it was a crapshoot. Gettleman was consistent in finding talent past the first round.

Hurney sure could nail a top 10 pick, which he had plenty of. Other than that he was bad. Really bad. So bad.

Keeping Fozzy was so so so dumb. 

I felt Webb was overrated on ST and easily replaceable by someone who offered something at another position...like Armah.  But he offered literally nothing as a QB or WR. He was well liked in the locker room and a solid ST guy but that's it and not worth a roster spot IMO. Kaaya at least offers youth and developmental ability. Not that I want that taking up a roster spot with DA here as well, especially with Gilbert who looked solid on the PS.
