I don't think so.  He had to be on the active roster by a certain deadline and he was IRed before that deadline.  My understanding is he's out for the season.

That is correct. Next time he will be in uniform is 2018.

Equivalent of winning the lottery. He doesn't look like an NFL player and with us swinging a trade for a CB he was probably going to be on the chopping block. Going to IR gets him another season of NFL paychecks.

I thought he looked great. He had a nice interception, and he made a lot of tackles. I don't remember him getting burned a single time. He started and played the entire game against the Steelers, then got hurt in the 4th quarter. He was on the team until he got hurt, and now he's on the team again.
