I agree completely, but what I posted is literally all I know about San Fran this year.

San Fran is not the easiest game on the schedule. Those of you thinking that are kidding yourselves.

Their front seven is actually really good. Their offense is made competent because Shanahan's a literal genius with a decent o-line to boot. They're no pushover.

I was in Vegas and bet on the under for the first half of viking-49ers.  Hoyer proceeded to lead two TD drives early in the game to make me sweat.  The San Fran offense with Shanahan calling the shots has potential to click.  We are gonna need to score some points in week 1.  No slow starts allowed.  Also they have three defensive lineman who can cause problems.

I watched their game against San Fran week three.  They looked great in that showing. Couple things I took away. 

-short quick throws, slants, crosses and drags. 

-shannahan is going to use play action a ton. He's going to try and suck up the linebackers with it and then throw it to the middle of the field and let his receivers try and get yac. It is a good strategy with a qb like hoyer in that it should minimize his mistakes. 

-Pierre garçon is going to be good in that offense

-key to winning this game is going to be stopping Carlos Hyde on first down and making hoyer convert third and longs. Contain Hyde and hoyer probably throws us a few. 

-defensively Reuben foster looked like a stud

-hard to judge too much more on defense as they were playing arguably one of the worst offenses on the league in Minnesota.

If any of you watched game 3 of SF's preseason, they unloaded a glimpse of their scheme. They looked just like Atlanta and made the Vikings defense look like scrubs.

Not kidding...all young talent and their QB against our defense is in trouble.  I know...almost all NFL games come down to a few plays but I see our defense with a pick six at least.

It won't be a pushover. I think we win because we are superior on both sides of the ball, but don't kid yourselves thinking this will be a blowout.

No blowout, even though we did it to them last time.  1 pt win is fine.  We have questions as well.

Definitely true. I think it comes down to our offense and play makers wearing down a young defense by the 4th quarters.

We also have new def cord and a QB off injury.  It is never easy in this league.

My bigger concern is that we have a QB that will likely play rusty, we have to face an offense we couldn't stop last season and we tend to struggle in openers. 

The upside is that our defense is better, we have some new weapons and offensive schemes to use and the 49ers offensive personnel are not at the same level as the Falcons.

The ingredients for a loss are there, especially if the team mentality is that the 49ers will be a pushover. We should be treating this as going up against the Falcons.
