There's a fair chance we get him.  It's such a "feel good" move that DG would have never done it, but Hurney will just to be able to pop a bottle of champagne and have the fans cheer for him.

I agree with you here...if Gettleman was here he wouldn't sign him.  I don't mean to piz in everyones cereal here but Ward has a BIG mouth.  Just saying.  We usually avoided those types.

I don't want 53 Democrats, Republicans, Northerners, Southerners, etc. etc.  There will be differences.  But the guy is greatly respected amongst teammates, as well as former teammates Mike Adams and Ed Dickson.
