Report from up here in Western NY was that Seymour was having trouble picking up McDermotts zone scheme and he looked more comfortable in Rex Ryan's man to man scheme.

We needed the depth so I'm fine with it, bit I'd be concerned that he wasn't picking up McDermotts defense when we run the same scheme.

Having an old friend in the head office of the other team certainly helps. We may "scratch their back" somewhere down the road.

The NFL frowns upon this sort of thing, but there's not really anything they can do about it.

Not really. Wilks looks like he's incorporating more man, so I can see him working out in our defense.

Wilks might be doing more Cover 2.

That's not necessarily easier.
