Armanti Edwards, Jeff Otah, Eric Shelton, Dwayne Jarret, Everette Brown, Sherrod Martin, Jimmy Clausen, Terrel McLain and Sione Fua. Keyshawn Johnson... Other than Deangelo he did pretty okay...

Why stop there? keep it going.

You guys are real pieces of work, real classy. Instead of congratulating the young man on beating out a pro bowl punter and wishing him the best, you immediately turn on him. Wow. And for the ill informed poster who said Michael was the worst punter in the NFL last season, untrue. He had more punts inside the 40 and 50 then any punter in the league down the last 5 games. That will shorten the average. There is a reason the Panther coaches kept him.

Palardy is a better directional punter and does not out kick his coverage. Lee is a used up boomer who makes it harder on his coverage teams. Not to mention the injury issues Lee has had and his business decisions on the field that do not benefit the team. There is a reason Lee can not stick with a team. The trade was horrible and this underlines it.

Palardy won the battle. Congratulations!

I do believe the bulk of production on the 2003, 2005, 2008, 2013, and 2015 came from decisions made by Hurney.

I am thankful Hurney supplied the foundation of the offense and defense that has allowed for the success the Panthers have had over the years. Without those leaders, the Panthers would be in a sad state.

CPanther King - great points. Lee's returnable balls were the reason he was dead last in the NFL in yards given up per return at almost 15. That is a ton of yards to give up on a return, and it puts an immense amount of pressure on the return team. And Palardy is a fantastic directional punter.

You mean like the sad state they were in in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012?

Who was in charge for those years again?

Careful man, nothing CPantherKing says is a "good" point.
