I think you are talking about Lamar Smith,but he was with Dolphins,remember he got charged for breaking into a womans house and assaulting her

Reggie White never did that. I don't know where you'd even get such an idea. Add in that Reggie actually did some good here, including a couple of game-winning sacks.

As to the question, I'd have to go with Chuck Smith. Greg Lloyd would be a contender too.

It's hard for me to call Barry Foster a bust since he didn't actually make the roster. For him to be a bust, we'd actually have had to pay him something during the regular season. That's true of Smith, Lloyd and others.
