I'm not confident Jacobs will make it. He didn't make the original 53 last year, and he's not getting any younger.

If  you're counting Obada, he doesn't count.  He was essentially #91 on the roster.  So we need 37 cuts PLUS Obada, so I think 15 still to go unless I missed someone in my list.

Yep you're right...15 to go. Trying to keep the front page updated accurately.

I hope we find something in FA because releasing Southward at one of the thin spots on the team seems risky.

I just read that Cam Newton has been cut by Hurney.  When asked about his decision he said "I want to keep the other teams guessing".

You know Hurney/RR and Co. stayed up late last night finalizing the roster...what the hell is taking so long...announce the rest of the frigging cuts already.  

Unless of course they are trying to make some moves by trading somebody, which I highly doubt.
