Preseason Cuts Now vs. Previous Years

So out of curiosity, I'm kind of interested to see what you guys think about how cuts are happening this year vs. previous years. So i get that it gives teams more time to see what their own guys can do before making their final decisions though at the same time it makes me wonder how it will work. I know normally other teams will tend to pick up free agents from the pool of players cut though with the format this year you don't really get to see how these guys will mesh with your team. I know they can review the tapes but that doesn't exactly translate over to working well with another team. I'm interested in seeing how this works out and whether is works better or worse.

I like how all players will be available at the same time.  If your 7th in the waiver wire then you know you going to get one of your top 7 guys. Also you can sit all your starters in the last game and not have to worry about playing them due to injuries
