If you talk to anyone we're finishing last. People just love to hate. Love that Newton has us at 11-5. Even if 25-3's dont fall off, we were a handful of points from 10-6 last year. Yeah Worley sucks, but he got us through the season, and having Captain at Nickel will help. If we stay healthy, especially this offensive line, and if Peppers isn't just collecting a paycheck, 11-5 is easy especially with this schedule. Jets, Bills, Cutlers, we should go 4-0 against that division.

We ended Romo's didn't we? We'd easily become the most hated team in football if we end Brady's career.

I'd say we did but the Seahawks were the final injury/nail in the coffin.

I don't know that we end his career if we take him out for the year (Pep gonna break his leg, Madden curse and all) but to me all signs point to Belichick moving onto Garapolo next season so I think they're going to cut Brady after the year.

Week 5 @  Lions:

also with OP here. win. very simply. i think this will be a "day at the office" type of game. wont be spectacular. wont be alot of reason for negativity either. This game may remind us of the Titans game in 2015. Pull away late against an inferior opponent in an away contest. i wonder if there will be Detroit Moms complaining about Cam's pelvic gyrations afterward.

Nah. Detroit isn't racist.

Great post. Very entertaining.

First Quarter (at SF, Buffalo, Saints, at New England): 3-1 - Lose in Foxboro

Second Quarter (at Detroit, Philly, at Chicago, at Tampa): 2-2 - Lose at Detroit and at Tampa

Third Quarter (Falcons, Dolphins, at Jets, at Saints): 3-1 - Lose in the Superdome

Fourth Quarter (Vikings, Packers, Bucs, at Falcons): 2-2 - Lose to either Vikes/Pack and at ATL

10-6, good enough to win division and get 3/4 seed or grab the 1st WC.

No way that happens so long as Kraft is breathing.

I don't always say 16-0. I can't remember saying it before, but I can see us doing it. There might be 1 "WTF?" loss and maybe a split with the bucs, but I really can see us running the board.

just get Cam to say this in the locker room and we'll do it :P Just ask Rodgers

... just kidding. The media would tear us apart

I don't agree whatsoever. Unless he would be like JR and get rid of Belichick over Brady., but he's not and won't meddle in Belichick's business. Because Belichick believes Garapolo is the next Brady, and he's young. Brady will be 41. They will not be able to keep both and realistically be able to compete after this year. Belichick knows that and will make the decision. And there's also the fact that people tie the two together so much that neither legacy can be full without success without the other. They both know that and understand that a split is inevitable.

    • Film Room Playlist _ NFL Pro — Mozilla Firefox 2024-11-25 10-20-11.mp4 🎯🎯🎯 There were a couple of "fans" yesterday saying that this wasn't a helmet-to-helmet shot... 👀 Looks like based on where Moore was and where the play ended, he'd have gotten maybe just a yard or two more. Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.
    • I’m taking a TE early day 3 Ian Thomas and Tremble are FA.  We should have no desire to bring them back.   There’s more than enough film of ball bouncing off their hands or facemask.
    • Daniel Jones sometimes would sling it for 300 or 400 yards.  That's my stance.  We know what Bryce is.  If you consistently play any QB at this level, they largely are going to end up w/ some good days/games.  last time Mahomes was at BOA, Teddy Bridgwater threw for 300+ yards and a couple TDs and the Matt Rhule Panthers almost took him down.  We know what Bryce is.  Now we got people predictably falling into a predictable trap.
