Good post, but you've got to keep in mind, that track will more than likely change everyday until it starts happening.

Lots to do... secure office and house.  I will be surprised if it's >Cat3 by the time it reaches us, esp if it scrapes up the coast, but you never know.

 

Only one we've left for was Floyd and it was a Cat5 off the coast of Charleston.

Won't really know anything until Saturday I suspect.

3 is fine.

4 is iffy.

5 is stupid.

 

I'll be in my house for a 3, at a concrete older place here in town for a 4, and probably heading for Boone if there is a 5 on the way.

I've stayed during 3's in the past, but boy can they test your mettle in the middle of the night.
