We don't have a 4th.  But hell I'd give a 2nd for their 3rd and TJ.  Relatively equal value.

WTF do you have to lose Marty?!

no way in hell I'd give a second for someone with a year left on their contract

My "I hope he tears an ACL" will ALWAYS go to Vontaze Burfict.

Just overall a giant piece of sh*t

God forbid we give up a draft pick who we would have chosen a Fresno State corner back on for a mean son of a bitch laying wood back there.

Teams do not fear our pass defense, I can't tell you what will happen if Mike Adams gets hurt. Or if he plays as slow as Roman Harper.

I can see TJ Ward smacking the poo out of Devonte Freeman when he scoots past Thomas Davis not looking and I like the sound of it.

Exactly.  GMan gave up a 6th for the carcass of Jared Allen (one year rental)-no excuses within reason not to get TJ!!!

Relying on a 37 year old safety to start 16 games this year makes me incredibly nervous. We don't even have a reliable back up.

Acquiring a safety before the season starts should be the teams top priority.

A 37 year old that no other team wanted and has been shaky in the preseason to boot.

    • Bryce put it in a spot only his guy could get it only for David Moore to drop it. T_T Tremble and Horn both struggled yesterday and that killed me since they're two of my favourite players. Tommy knows he has to come down with this one. Folks were understandably saying that JT would've caught that had he not gotten hurt a few plays earlier. The more I look at this play, the more I think that Bryce made the right decision throwing it out the back of the endzone. He could have tried to laser it in to Thielen, but that safety is lurking awfully close inside. Insuring the field goal here after a 44sec drive to end the half was the right move.
    • Except Bryce was the main reason we were in it
    • NFL Pro has the All-22 up already 😄 Going to grab a play or two from each redzone series to put screenshots to. Looks like AT angled his route off to the near pylon rather than the back corner where Bryce was throwing to. I imagine this is something they'll quickly try to figure out with Thielen back from IR. After watching the All-22 again, this was actually a pretty nifty play. I thought it was a TE screen to Tremble because of the way XL charged the DB, but he quickly shed and kept upfield as seen in the second screenshot. This looks like it had multiple layers built into it with AT running the crosser, XL the fade, Tremble to the flat. The progression would call for the play to go to Chuba here as the LB does follow Tremble out into the flat. Ball hits Chuba low and in the hands, but the LB does a good job disrupting the catch.
