You can't fully or honestly evaluate a QB with only one metric dude. It's not a one size fits all. Especially not one like Cam who does so many things for his offense that often go unnoticed. This is what I've been trying to get through to you.

It penalizes QBs that get a lot of their yards on "YAC" 

QBR takes in every play a QB is involved in and weights it on it's impact on the game. Positively or negatively. 

What Cam is doing is not going unnoticed. It get's factored in. And actually scrambling and rushing / rushing TDs have higher impact in QBR. 

Adj Net Yards Per Attempt is arguably the 2nd most weighted stat for QBR.

What you are saying about short vs long and rushing not being accounted for is just plain wrong. 

Is it perfect? No

Is it a good indicator of QB play and a team's success? Yes

As I said, it is a good measure to assess a QBs play and impact on the game. The best thing we have present. 

How else / What else would you like me to use to evaluate Cam to his peers?

I said it wasn't perfect. 

Flawed usually indicates an overall negative impression.

You should not expect "YOUR" qb to rule in a poll when most of these things are based on stats.  Face it, Cam had a down year and his stats were not that good.

Don't get caught with your feelings on your sleeves all the time.  Bad season last year, shoulder injury, has thrown 2 dinky little passes in preseason, and you guys want him at the top of the league.  Have some common sense.  If he proves to be healthy and can make throws again, the #96 that hurt your feelings so much will disappear.
