ESPN Top 100 players in 2017 , Cam is #96

Its says predicting the top 100 players in 2017 . Luke is ranked #12 , KK Short #63,  Greg #71 , Cam #96

How in the fug is Cam that low? They didn't really provide any explanation as to why . Can one cursed season really take someone from out of the top 10 to nearly the very bottom?

there's 1,696 players in the NFL that make the 53 man roster. 

96 puts him in the top 5% of the entire league. 

Cam was one of the worst rated QB's in the NFL last year. Until he proves he can get back to his 2015 MVP form, I think the ranking is fair.
