I watched by typing "Conor vs Floyd" in the YouTube search and narrowed it down by using the "live" filter. Whenever one got deleted, just searched for another lol.

Thats what i did on periscope. Kinda cool to pop in random living rooms and hearing the reactions of the people actually there

Both of these guys are winners today.  Mayweather made around $120M and McGregor made around $60M

Where'd you get those numbers? I saw like $250M and $100M somewhere. Could be wrong though.

Or an NFL player taking on an NBA player 1 on 1 in basketball. Exactly what was expected from an amateur going up against a professional.

If Conor didn't have the UFC background, he would've been done by round 3. Conor has more stamina than an amatuer. That's why Floyd had to wait so long before Conor tired himself out. Once Conor got tired, Floyd was on the prowl.

Floyd didn't have to wait long at all. McGregor was lost from the opening bell. Any fighter that can counterpunch to knock a guy out and throw punches with intent would've dropped him in round one. Mayweather's style is not one where he'd ever go for a KO early, or really at all. He never pounced on McGregor the entire fight, despite tons of opportunities.

Look at the punch numbers. McGregor landed 26% of his punches and that's counting those little flitter flatter arms waves that were basically taps on the back of Floyd's head, etc. Take those out and it's closer to 10% or less, none of which had any power on them whatsoever. That's pitiful and telling. This whole thing was a complete joke from the start and the only winners are those two. Everybody who paid for it is a loser.

I have a feeling Conor knew that and wanted to see if he stood a chance once Floyd brought the heat. Think that's why he started this whole thing.

What the hell were you watching? McGregor never belonged in the ring there. Footwork was terrible, didn't land a single blow that hurt Floyd, no defense whatsoever and was flailing his arms around all night like a drunk in a bar fight.

Ok you're officially an asshole. That fight was 5-4 when it was stopped. If you're seriously saying that equals Conor getting clowned like you claimed...in the 10th...not only only are you incapable of understanding fighting but you're incapable of understanding arguments. This needs to be moved to TB. So we can insult each other like men.

This. Floyd knew what he was doing the whole time.

Connor did great, I do not think it was 5-4. Connor easily won the first two, but after that Mayweather was collecting body shots and quick crosses. They accumulated in the score card and he landed roughly 58% of his power punches and I believe that was in the 9th. Connor missed a ton (which was to be expected) so he wouldn't have won as many rounds.

That being said, Connor showed up for sure. He did a fantastic job and I hope he continues to box. If he keeps fighting he will dominate boxing.

it seems like everyone really enjoyed the fight, so the only loser seems to be you, my guy.

    • They got people like that but I mean, go back to the 1970s and you had the outlaw movement which was the same thing basically, a reaction against what at the time they called Countrypolitan - with strings and sweeteners and very narrow artistic type of value system.  The style of countrypolitan changes but the game remains.
    • The SEC were not having GT upset Georgia at home. Horrendously corrupt officiating in this game - the non-PI on 4th down and the non-targeting call on the King fumble. Good lord.
