Really feels like Elder is headed for the IR. He hasn't played at all. 

Can't imagine they keep two FBs.

If he goes to IR it will be the temporary one. They will need all the corner depth they can get later in the year.

Love this prediction. Think we only keep 4 TE/FB though. And Elder will likely be temp IR. Look to bring in another safety and keep an additional LB or WR/Return man.

Yeah...designated to return. Won't see him until week 8. I mean...he's sure as hell won't be ready for San Fran and they can't waist a secondary restore spot waiting on him.

I've been posting in Forums for many,many yrs but  it would be a boring world if everyone agreed all the time

He has spent his entire time on special teams and fullback

 

He has never even participated in a TE drill.

I get that's what most people want but... I see us letting someone like Bersin, Shepard or Byrd go just to keep him since 22 is being lined up at WR.
