Whittaker has a significantly better yards per carry average, although that is in large part due to when he is rushing.  He did have (I believe) our only 100 yard rushing game last year.

 

That being said, not sure why anyone cares if we keep one over the other.  Neither one of them seems significantly better than the other, and neither will get a significant amount of touches unless Stewart or CMM get injured.

When you are fighting it out for third or fourth string on a team with a roster of 53, it's easier to make the team if you're willing to play special teams. And running back kick offs is a big one there.

Other candidates to run back kick offs are also struggling for roster spots.

I don't see CAP making the cut this year as a one trick pony for the third string running back spot, there just isn't enough potential usage there. Fozzy, though, isn't a lock for the team. I'm not sure Armah isn't making a case for a FB/RB spot and his upside could be much bigger than either CAP's or Fozzy's. His price tag is probably lower.

CAP fan club checking in again. Had a pretty TD run. He needs to be apart of the RB rotation.

i knew CAP was beasting ....before this week....   i could only catch the last 1/3 of the game...  the RBs were celebrating... CAP doing the probowl hiwaii dance...   everyone around him...  accept Fozzy

 

Fozzy was upset... stern face, hands hangin from the collar part of shoulder pads...  everyone celebrating around him...  stew..   CAP bumped into fozzy..  fozz moved outa the way..  stern faced..  anoyed....  heart break man
