Fozzy played good for us last season, he had a lot wasted yards do to penalties.

CAP looked good, but he looks good every pre season

I love how the OP compares a RB that got many touches, to a receiver that got one. 

Other than that stupidity, yes, CAP looks like he's ready to play.

I do believe we need Cap. He is basically JStews backup. Stewart has a history of injuries, is older and has a high salary for his position. I'm not saying they should cut him this season but we should have insurance if he gets injured. CAP is that guy. He can possibly be Stewart's replacement and be our #2 RB behind CMC.

What do you mean? He built this team. The reason why guys like Dickson, Fozzy, Williams are still on the roster after several years of poor to mediocre production is because of him.

I think CAP is clearly ahead of Fozzy at this point. CAP can play both the Stewart and CMC roles. Fozzy cannot.

While I respect your opinion, I just don't see it. Yesterday was the best I've EVER seen him play... and that was in the 3rd and 4th quarters of a preseason game. Meh

Perhaps the Panthers new zone blocking scheme benefits CAP a good deal. He seemed to follow his blockers much better.
