Playin poker tonight so won't be grilling anything... but my menu is chips.. lots of chips..........

buddy of mine gave me a few quarts of apple pie shine, gonna share with all my poker buddies... Let them enjoy it all while I take chips....

Gowise.  Just did some steak seasoning on it. 380 for 30 minutes then flipped it for another 30.
