I can, however, Google. If his bio is correct, he was 15/17 on field goals last year, including 8/8 from 40+ yards. He also made all his extra point attempts.

That doesn't spell trash to me.

OK, so how do you know Butker won't be worse? Have you been at practice everyday? Again, I hope Butker does win it. I'm simply saying that fans who haven't witnessed a single kick in camp and who don't have to answer for anything, have no business talking like they know for a fact that Butker is better when they don'k know jack squat in real life.

The NFL rule changes have put a giant hurt on ganos value. Before moving the kickoff up and starting on 25, Gano was a legit weapon. He leads the leagues in touchbacks before(Justin Tucker may have passed him once). 

Since nearly all NFL games come down to single digits, making FG is ultra important. The pressure is insane, all staff, coaches, and 52 players are counting on the kicker. A mid-7th rounder doesn't begin to know that type of pressure unless he's special. IMO they need to remove the kicker from the game, let the real men decide the outcome.

Exactly.  He's the only kicker we've drafted in franchise history and was good enough for Gettleman who knew damned well a change had to be made.  Good enough!!!

Not trying to challenge you, but GA Tech had two kickers... one really sucked, the other one was good, I think Butker was the good one. But... maybe not.

I want butker to be able to beat out gano, but if the coaching staff feel gano is better, then he most likely is.  I kinda wish the nfl would get rid of field goals and punts, and just play all 4 downs

But yeah, that block was unexpected lol.

He's been consistent alright-consistent $hit for an NFL kicker!!!  Less than 80% for a career, HUGE XP misses in Seattle and New Orleans where pressure was clearly part of the miss, the Super Bowl, week 1 2016 of course, etc.  The last time we took the field in Tampa was an utter circus/clown show, then we begin the preseason...with a miss!!!  Now it's obvious as an NFL kicker that gets paid WAY too much to simply tune out the internet, much less hostile crowds-he can't even do that!!!  End the madness!!!!!
