Panthers.com old videos back to 2009 - JStew highlights

I was poking around on panthers.com and realized you could view old videos posted all the way back to 2009.

I found this highlight video of Stewart during a Giants game and reminded me about how unstoppable he used to be.  I can't help but think we missed out on his prime years by having DeAngelo around.  Stewart had a lot of Peterson-esque type runs in this single game alone.  Thought I'd share.

his speed was the first thing I noticed.  he definitely doesn't have that same burst anymore

Looks a bit bigger, muscle wise now though.

Giants had terrible tackles that entire game.. they were eliminated from playoff contention and we just took it to them.. oooff..

That's also the game where Smitty caught a TD while breaking his wrist on a Giant player's helmet..

I've  always loved watching Stew run. He has a great combination of being a bruiser, but also not slow. His balance is incredible, and he runs through arm tackles.  He use to have an extra gear once he got out in the open - while that is gone, he's still a damn good back that is still productive, and still a load to bring down.
