I'm not sure. On Chrome in android it is listed among the options in the menu. 

 

Also, setting chrome as default browser may work.

Works with Fire Fox as well.  Added to my home screen easily.

I have an Android phone and I'm old so you young tech savvy nerds should be able to get it.

Okay so here's what I'm seeing... still can't make Chrome the default on iOS. Has to be Safari. And there's no option in Chrome to add a shortcut to the home screen on iPhone. 

Guess i will have to get used to Safari :/ or just not have a home screen shortcut
