they run 3-4 zone blitz scheme which means it's pretty crazy.the nose will go out in coverage at times.so him dropping out is normal,and it's designed to keep qb off guard and confused

Yeah, Trgo is not even his position coach. I don't know why anybody wants to pick on him now anyway. He is a very good D-line coach, regardless of what people think of him as a coordinator.
