KK gets through the middle to the running back before the handoff from Newton is even complete

 

Next 2 plays for Cam are jet sweep to Shepard/handoff to Fozzy. Think the coaches are aware people are interested in whether Cam throws?

 

Hall running with the first team defense on the edge

Cam still in. Working on cadences, handoffs, timing.

 

Kawann Short is so far in the backfield he could have taken that handoff.

 

Looks like no team drill throwing for Cam Newton again. Just handoffs.

Newton hollering after Byrd beats Munnerlyn on a comeback route

 

Byrd beats Captain on an outside route. Cam: "EXPOSE HIM."

 

First time I've heard Cam yell during team drills in a while. Feels like progress.

CAP with a nice reversal of field, and Byrd holds his block on Teddy Williams for the length of the play. Good effort, coaches notice that.

 

Sanchez Richards Luke McCray Parms looks like the "last" secondary group for the last practice in Spartanburg.

 

Cam throws in team drills for the first time since July 30.

 

Cam hits Olsen on his first throw in team drills for first time in exactly two weeks.

It's red zone drills. Cam has completed a couple in the flat.

 

Now hits Fozzy on the outside. They're working from the 15, so he won't air it out, probably purposeful.

 

Third rep for Cam is an overthrow of Olsen in the back of the end zone

And then Cam throws a TD bullet across the middle to Russell Shepard and that one reeeeally ticked off Coleman

 

Newton fakes out defense with pump fake to left, hits Shepard middle of EZ for TD

 

Lots of audibles, then Cam hits Shepard for a touch. Nice route for Shep, Coleman upset as he was 2 steps from breaking it up.
