I don't think he actively went looking. The Bills requested to interview him.

Yeah they asked permission. From what I heard had there been more runway Getts would have been out and Beane been promoted.

Yeah. I wish we would have 'matched the offer' or soemthing and went ahead and made the move. I do know you have to interview multiple people and there is that minority rule. I dont know all the rules, but when the Bills made the offer, there wasn't anything we could really do.

I wish they could have gotten ahead of everything when Danny Morrison stepped down.  I wish I had connections to know what all is really going on.

Rivera mentioned 'I have nothing to lose' on the 'Win it All' motto for this year. So, I am pretty sure the coaching staff is on notice unless this is just a spectacular year.

I think JR made a legitimate effort to take a step back and let Gettleman truly run the team, but ultimately he just couldn't do it.

And it just so happened that we had our best stretch in our franchise and currently have our deepest team too. Back to mediocrity we go after this year.

Jerry is trash. Gettleman was crushing it and Richardson could not stand being involved. So he reverted back to his old ways and decided to continue to be a detriment to this franchise. Worst owner is sports, no doubt about it.

Because Buffalo gave Jerry a gift. If Gettleman had been fired, and Beane not promoted, there would have been a million questions. If Gettleman was really on the hot seat, Beane would never have been allowed to leave. But once the heir to the throne was gone, the throne was vacated, and the answer we got was "Gotta put somebody in there, might as well get something familiar".

Just gotta pray we can move forward.
