Well, no one ever said going to LSU made you smart. Leonard Fournette says the NFL is easy.

I seem to remember seeing him get laid out and fumble during training camp by Sheldon Day. Sure, the NFL is REAL easy. Wait until Preseason gets to where the starters are out longer or better yet wait until the beginning of regular season when the NFL defenses are ready to show you just how "easy" it can be lol. Not very bright of him to say the least.

good for him for having the confidence, but he just made a target of himself. every defensive player in the NFL is gonna want to be the first to stand over top of him and remind him of those words

you mean aside from his own teammates?

If we can have a thread for each old panther I think one for a guy we almost drafted is ok by me

It's pretty obvious that the weekly Steve Smith and Josh Norman update threads from the last couple of years will now be replaced with "Kony Ealy (if he makes a team), Ted Ginn,  Tolbert, Remmers, Byron Bell, and for some reason, Leonard Fournette" updates.  It's like the Fournette refused to play for the Panthers and the Huddle is hellbent on proving something. Doesn't help that Igo appears to be leading the charge on this trend.

We are either supposed to be elated or enraged that we didn't trade up to select him. It doesn't matter as long as there's an argument about something that doesn't matter.

And you know there are going to be national and huddle-wide comparisons after first game... half-way through the season... next year.. etc etc.

The guy we got vs the guy we could have gone after.
