NFL needs to tighten up. HOF should be legendary players. Not "good" players. No way matt ryan should be in after one good season in a "system"

It is actually like that. It's the fans that think every good player on their team will be in the Hall of Fame. They only let 6 in per year.

What a ridiculous thread.

Brees is a lock.

Cam is at this point right now probably 50-50 at the current pace. If he starts to get consistently closer to that '15 form and sustains it he'd be a lock for sure.

Ryan's just another one of these average passers in todays game that looks extremely good compared to past plays because of it being a passing league nowadays. I think he has a shot if he goes above and beyond like last year the rest of his career, but that won't happen by my estimation.

Winston is just stupid to talk about right now. First of all, he's two years in and impossible to judge for sure where his career will go. Second, he hasn't shown HoF worthy play over his two years. He's shown possible franchise QB (not even definite, just possible) play but that does not equate to HoF.

Cam isnt a lock at this point. He's had flashes of brilliance, a great rookie season, and great 2015 MVP season, but that's not enough among having 4 losing season and 2 winning seasons. He's broken alot of records that combine rushing and passing stats , at this point though if his career was over today or he was just medoicre for the rest of his career I doubt it would be enough.

He probably needs another MVP season and he'd be a shoe in if we can win a Super Bowl with him in said season. If he plays for long enough he can get in without a super bowl, based on those aforementioned rushing and passing stats, and of course rushing TDs for a QB. It'll still be a stiff argument without a championship though.
