Cam's not the kind of guy to hold grudges. Tempers flare, but usually men be men and tough it out.

Either way, it's not out of the realm of possibility that Smitty actually punched Cam. Multiple people have said it happened, but either way it'll never be confirmed.

Smitty didn't know who it was.  When he did notice who it was he was like "oh hey." It was pretty awkward.

Came her to post it 30 mins ago, but got sidetracked...  again, I trust the guys who shared that story here, but I'm starting to think the sources it came from either embellished it or just wanted to look out for Gettleman so he was justified in his actions.

Football or no football, I know if a dude threw a cheapshot and punched me in the face, I'm not coming back to hug him...  At any point.  Smitty did seem uncomfortable, but ok once he saw who it was.  He joked about it afterwards in their pregame show as well...

How I read it was that Cam and Smitty were having a bit of a scuffle and during that Smitty threw a couple arms, not necessarily with like closed fists as hard as he can trying to KO Cam but just like in the middle of pushing each other. And I can see that having had happen and if it did I personally if I was Cam would not think anything of it after like a day, and I don't think Cam would or most NFL players would either. So not sure this really means anything one way or the other.

I don't mean to hate.  I love him and hope he comes back in the end but just don't think he could reign in all that stuff that made him great
