Pretty much exactly what will happen. Seems like it's a step in the right direction but in reality they still won't be held accountable and nothing will change.

Exactly.

It'll still be the same crap replacement-official-level officiating, only at a higher price to the NFL.

And they will still allow defenders free shots at Cam's head.
