The Watcher

Into another moment
The hallowed eye watches.
Ages transpire.
Chaotic happenings everywhere.
Regression.

Yearning obscure unction,
Aggravating resonance expunged.
Transfixing hollow empaths,
Obliterating binary sentiment.
Each role vicariously experienced.
Deify.

Those who possess true vision will see.

Possess

O God, ease our suffering in this, our moment of great despair. Yea, admit this kind and decent woman into thy arms of thine heavenly area, up there. And Moab, he lay us upon the band of the Canaanites, and yea, though the Hindus speak of karma, I implore you: give her a break.

Lo, I witnessed a second sun rising from the west, as darkness descended upon the world.

Two thieves, strangers to each other, entered the same house. Not being able to determine who had rights to steal what, an argument ensued. The house's owner, awakened by the dispute, put an end to both, thus salvaging himself and his belongings.

A child was sent to the well to draw water. Once he made it to the well (it was a day's walk from his village) he filled his earthen jug, it cracked, spilling its water back into the ground from whence it was taken. Being resourceful, he decided to take the drawing jug from the well and use it to carry his water back home. When he returned to the well the next day he found an old man, seemingly dying of thirst, leaning against the well, clutching the cracked jug the boy had left behind. "Water!" the man wept. The boy made haste, fastening the drawing jug back to the rope, and sending it down the well. As he began drawing it back up, he was shoved from behind. He found himself tumbling down the well. As he was falling, he looked up, and saw the old man looking down at him. As the old man turned away from the well, he said to himself under his breath, "About time I caught the stranger stealing my water."

Churn, churn, Atlantic

Irma strengthens as it spins

Heading right for us

Do not be deceived, they know where it is going.

$3 a gallon, imminent. After Irma we may be pushing $4.

Top off your tanks as soon as you can, and fill up your reserve cans while you're at it.

It would also be wise to start making preparations to be without power for a while, especially if you live within 100 miles of the east coast.
