Lotulelei says he's pretty chilled and relaxed. "You have to get me pretty riled up for me to lose my cool."

 

Lotulelei says he's not worried about this being a contract year. He says he would love to re-sign with Carolina.

Panthers DT Star Lotulelei said he had shoulder cleaned out by surgery in offseason and still working back.

No practice for Fred Ross.

 

No practice for Curtis Samuel.

 

LT Matt Kalil in pads, DT KK Short in pads, LB Jared Norris in pads.

 

Jared Norris also back.

 

Kawann Short back in full pads after sitting out past few practices with sore hamstring/back

 

Matt Kalil fully dressed again. Said Friday he’ll be full-go today. We’ll see.
