Umm, not sure what you are talking about. There were a lot of folks in the upper sections. Not sure if it was 50k+ but the lower sections were pretty close to full and there were a lot of people in the upper section especially along the sidelines. Empty in the uppers in the end zones because of the placement of fireworks.

I provided two separate pics of the event, one when I arrived, around 7 and another when I thought BOA had filled out. The seats were not jammed packed up there was a metric poo ton of people there.
Lower was probs 75% full and upper around the same. However, the endzones had no people in the upper.

Having been there and seen the crowd first hand, I actually believe the 58k the team officially quoted earlier. The only empty seats were the upper bowl end zone seats and a few scattered elsewhere. Easily 58k in a stadium that fits 75k+

Being there also, I can agree with the published number with the pics I provided of the stadium earlier. Lots of people were there, a few had fun.

It was a good crowd but there's no way there were 58K people there. 17k at the opening party feels like a big stretch too. I need to find out who's doing the math over there.
