Im not unless we win a Superb Owl.

it's only  a matter of time and then it will be multiple.

i've said for several years that once this club figures out how to win, it will be nearly impossible to stop.

last year they forgot, but the year before they figured it out...only they didn't realize that they were going to be playing two equidae teams at the same time (broncos and zebras).

i think they may not have been as ready for the big stage as we had hoped as well, but i think this year they have their swag back and i don't think they are going to be losing it. this year they should be a lot better armed for dominating the league as well.

1 (peppers) maybe 2 (kuechly)

don't kid yourself

my thing with cam is the number of records he is breaking and the number of "first ever" accomplishments that have been going along with his career. there really has been no other QB that has been able to do all that he has done. the uniqueness of what he has brought to the game is pretty much his in. he won't be a popular pick, but there's no denying the impact he has had.

kuechly is and has been playing on a consistent level that few LBs or really defenders have ever reached. if urlacher can get in without a ring (which most think he'll be able to do) then kuechly will as well.

if the panthers can get at least one ring with cam and kuechly, then i think that kind of solidifies their chances of getting in.

the qb class before Cam is going to so completely dwarf his accomplishments i can't see him making a dent. Brady, Brees, Aaron, and to a lesser extent Roethlisberger are setting a real high bar, they're all getting in, and the committee isn't going to want to put in too many qbs after that. And that's without even talking about tony romo who is absolutely a hall of famer if you just look at his numbers, because people get emotional and stupid about him for some reason.

the game is changing rapidly and every qb in cam's class (including andy dalton) have new and bizarre ways they're breaking records. Cam will be going up against Matt Ryan, Andy Dalton, Matt Stafford and Russell Wilson.

All of them have had dominant seasons, all of them are succeeding in ways that no qb has ever succeeded before, and none of them have won poo with the exception of wilson who was just on a team that won a super bowl.

You can just think the Panthers are going to win a super bowl although I have no idea why you'd think that but as it stands cam is just a face in the crowd. We like him more because he's the qb of the team we cheer for.

well that's one way of looking at it.

don't want to agree about romo, but i can see it.

i think that cam stands out a lot more than you are giving him credit for, but it's all opinion. maybe it is bias, but that list of accomplishments that rich eisen pointed to on his show that he's done a lot more than a lot of people realize. i don't think he'd be a unanimous vote and probably wouldn't be a first ballot guy, but there's going to be a lot more arguing for it pointing to the same type stuff. again, that's just my opinion but i think it's also probably the opinion of quite a few rather unbiased people as well. he's got plenty of detractors for sure, but he's also got the attention of a lot of outsiders who will be trying to make a case for him to get into canton as well.

if you're really going for the "it" factor, or banking on narrative, wilson has a much better case.

he won a superbowl, his runs are more zany and fun or whatever, and he sucks up to white people.

yeah, wilson does have that effect. he's like the non-white, less injury prone version of romo who lucked out and got on a team that didn't choke in the first round of the playoffs. (and no...i'm not saying their playing styles are the same in case some bonehead thinks i'm saying that)

With all of the accomplishments and records he has set, Cam has had a HOF worthy first half of his career (not enough to get in yet, just enough to set the table).  But, now he needs to step up his passing game and become more consistent in the second half of his career to finish his path to the gold jacket.  It would also probably help him to win a ring or two.

Luke is also a lock if he can continue on his track for the next few years.
