Could Luke Kuechly Win Comeback Player Of The Year?

After suffering a devastating concussion at the hands of the Taints, the Panthers defense was left without its best defender and held vulnerable during its last stretch. Offenses took advantage of Kuechly not being there, and attacked our weakest points.

However, this year, Kuechly's back. And I'm sure he's itching to get his hands on someone.

The comeback player of the year award usually goes to the player who performs amazing after undergoing some undesired situation in the past year. Luke Kuechly would definitely be a name in contention.

So, what do you think? Is it feasible?

I think first of all he would have needed to be out for the entire year.

Also there was never a performance drop off, he was just out on concussion protocol for half the season roughly.

And our MLB play didn't decline that much.  AJ Klein did not play poorly.  It's just he is not Luke.

Klein was not good last year. Was solid first 4 weeks of '15 but last year got benched for both Mayo and Shaq at MLB.

And he would not have to be out the entire year to win comeback player of the year.
