i still remember the moment the media could no longer pretend the Panthers werent the best team in the league. Sunday night. Patriots at Broncos. Overtime game. and Brock fugging Osweiler leads the horseys to a clutch victory that makes the Panthers the last unbeaten in the league. the power rankings the following Tuesday were a fugging delicious read. lemme see if i can find a link to that article.

If I remember correctly gano missed a chippy at the end of the first half of the first tb game. We could have easily been 10-6 maybe 11-5 with made kicks and a few breaks.

I think we win the division with Atlanta getting a wc

So far Carolina has managed to never play a division rival in a playoff game. Can you imagine if that happened and it was Atlanta? That would be the longest week before a game ever.

FUG THEM ALL lol. the media tears were delicious that day, having to make a small market team with a black QB that flaunted his greatness in the face of his opposition the #1 team.

Just watched some highlights from a few games that season.  Cam was so crisp on his throws man.  Almost had me shedding a tear.

same man. same. its like... im so pissed at this team for allowing the Broncos (and the refs to an extent) to beat them after such an amazing season. they got caught up in the lights and fame. the stage was too big. but then again, i love this team for giving us that untouchable season. i still tear up every time i think of that NFCCG. i was blessed enough to be there to experience it first hand. the game itself was awesome and a statement. but as the lead got bigger, the crowd got wilder. it was a literal fugging dance party by the 4th quarter cus everyone knew we were going to the fugging Super Bowl. i can still hear the "Su-per-Bowl" and "M-V-P" chants like it was yesterday. i cried like a baby when the crowd, in unison, counted down the last 5 seconds of the game and gave out a cheer, knowing the team's tickets were officially punched to Santa Clara.

Then seeing Cam hold that trophy, and TD with his broken arm too. best game ive ever attended. nothing will ever come close unless i am blessed enough to attend a Super Bowl that the Panthers win. im not sure but even watching them win a Super Bowl on TV may only equal the special place in my heart that NFCCG has in my heart. fug man. who the hell is cutting onions in here!

especially if we beat them in their house to end the season and win the division like we did in 2013 and 2014.

I know exactly what you mean, man.  I was there too and have tried to describe the experience of that game (and the tailgating all day leading up to it) to everyone and can never do it justice.  I also still hear the "SU-PER BOWL!" chants in my head from time to time.

That fuging stadium was rocking in the 4th quarter.  Lol at one point the thought actually crossed my hammered drunk ass mind the son of a bitch might collapse with all those people jumping up and down acting crazy.

I remember that too! The stands shook for minutes when Luke made that late pick six.

I could see it. A little generous giving what happened last season, but if we stay completely healthy, Cam's shoulder is 100% game 1, and Samuel's over his hamstrings by game 1, then we look like a team that should be in the top half of the rankings somewhere. Probably near the lower end of it until we start winning some of those early games. With a huge leap if we start 4-0 and beat the pats at their place. Which is what I'm dearly hoping for since everyone and their mother already gave us an L there when we are actually 1-0 against them in the Cam-Rivera era. I think alot of people that aren't Panther fans forget that game even happened.
