On the CMC ankle breakings...

Most of what you have seen so far has been from 1 on 1 drills in which it is heavily skewed in favor of the running backs. Here is a nice look of how his quicks translate in 11 on 11 drills.

Notice CMC is already heading up field when both Kuechly and Davis haven't finished changing direction yet. Play was designed to go to the edge where it would likely have been snuffed out. Instead, CMC instantly cut it back inside for a nice three or 4 yard gain.

Imagine if he can do this consistently this season. All of the times the Panthers could have really used 3 or 4 yards instead of a loss.

All indications point to this kid being a baller at the next level.

Oh man, in a real game Trai would have laid a nice hit on the LB!  But of course it's practice and he sees #59 and puts on the brakes, ha

@Jeremy IgoReally nice pic at the bottom.

The similar angles in the body positions and pad levels of TD and Luke as they change direction combined with how low CMC is as he changes direction are pretty cool.

Can you imagine how much torque/force/pressure (I'm not a physicist) he is putting on his legs and feet. *Knock on wood* I wouldnt be surprised if he had a few of those Jstew or Ahmad Bradshaw foot/ankle issues throughout his career.

As long as he isn't hit behind the LoS the same way Stew has been as of late, he should be good.

Look at CMC's angle of attack. I would love to see this same photo in a profile shot.

Good advice for Double Deuce:

- I want you to be nice until it's time to not be nice.

- Pain don't hurt.

One, never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected. Two, take it outside... and three, be nice.

- Take the biggest guy in the world, shatter his knee and he'll drop like a stone.

I got married to an ugly woman. Don't ever do that. It just takes the energy right out of you. She left me, though. Found somebody even uglier than she was.
