Who was the guy we had last preseason and the season before that on the PS, whom we had converted from WR to TE?  He actually looked great in the PS last year as a receiving threat, but I'm not sure if he ever got the in-line blocking part down.

Anyway, my point is, that guy looked like he could've done what Dickson does lol.

I'll say it one more time. If it's so easy, then how come nobody has been able to take the job? There have been about 30 of them who have tried it so far. And if you want a FA, who is going to come here and do the same thankless job that Dickson does? He's lucky if he gets 10 targets in a season and he's only in for about half the running plays as a blocker but plays on all St's units. He's not nearly as easy to replace as some of you think he is.

He has been rated one of the worst players in the NFL regardless of position for a few years in a row I believe.  If I was betting he has dirt on the team.  He is not a good blocker, and doesn't help in the passing game either.  So, what does he do?

Like I said, for the same reason many shy away from character concerns, the inverse works in favor of Dickson.
