I'd say it's the exception. Tape shows he's been reliable in college. 

Not too worried about him, especially due to the fact he used to be pretty dominant in past practices.

I'm not worried yet.

But was Samuel that dominant in OTAs?  I remember him getting some positive coverage very early on, but I thought he missed a lot of time during the latter part of OTAs due to some nagging injury.

Being reliable in college means nothing once you get to the NFL.

My guess would be Saturday. Idk though.

Definitely by Sunday as they are off the following day.

Played 13 games and caught 21 passes for 296 yds and 2 tds. Hiw much are you expecting from an udfa?
