Funchess is still the same player he was at Michigan. Slow, bad hands and can't get seperatiom. It's a known fact he can't separate from outside corners

I'm all for anything that helps the Panthers improve this season. I hope Funch balls out this year with the space he gets from CMC and Samuel.

Great post.

 

Funch was open often and wasn't a top option, and the offense went back to forcing the ball to Benji.

 

People just need to pay attention to understand this.

You really gotta grasp at straws at this point to come to the conclusion that Funchess just needs more opportunities. Maybe we've been using him completely incorrectly or maybe Funchess just sucks. Honestly, I think it's really that simple.

Funchess has let Cam down numerous times. People act as if Funchess has earned the right to these "opportunities". 

Cam doesn't seem to have a whole lot of faith in Funchess and Funchess has given him absolutely no reason as to why he should.
