Likely Webb, we should have enough gunners on ST. Wishful thinking Dickson but Simonson/Sandland is probably even worse as 2nd TE. Maybe Gano but idk about Butker.

- QB Joe Webb - We will still keep 3 QB's but my boy Garrett Gilbert will beat out Webb for 3rd qb spot.

Surprise? Joe Webb. I don't think Carolina can afford to keep a third string QB/WR when they can stash a young buck in the PS and keep an additional WR for depth and ST (Insert Shepard here since that's why he was signed).

I would guess more likely Boulware would get it if we cut Webb to free up extra space.
