that double yellow on Walker was absolutely absurd. but Pep didn't help anything by starting Sane at LWB. i don't know why the fug he's convinced that's a good idea after he signed Danilo specifically for that roll (until Mendy is healthy).

of course Danilo came on in the second half with Sterling and we saw the results. if we see Sane start at LWB again next game then he's just too stubborn for his own good.

Shaw and Young are back for United. While Young is merely a depth player, he's sure to have a role in FA Cup and EFL Cup matches. It will be interesting see Shaw's roll with the team.

Shaw's getting games for the U23s, I believe.

Anyone know what happened in the city game to cause there to be 7 minutes of stoppage?

there were originally 5 minutes, but the first minute of it was wasted with the Bournmouth manager arguing with a ref, and then Bournmouth had an injury that took another 2 minutes to deal with, so they kept adding more time to make up for it. i just went back and looked and in the first 4 minutes of added time, there were about 30 seconds of actual play. the rest was Bournemouth time wasting. they actually got warned for it in the first half.

the whole game was absurd. FA needs to get their damn refs in order. 11 damn cards yet it's hard to say more than 2 of them were really deserved. then to top it off, they sent Sterling off with a red card because the fans ran onto the field after the game winner.

If Arsenal will do what I think they will, I will officially stop followimg them.  So will the other millions of supporters.  I followed Arsenal because of their business model and style of play.  Looks like they might be abandoning both.

and then a Bournemouth security/usher dude accused Aguero of punching him even though the entire thing is on video and shows the usher swatting at Aguero who was trying to help.

" AFC Bournemouth are aware of an alleged incident which occurred following Manchester City’s second goal at Vitality Stadium on Saturday.

The club have been advised that due to a misunderstanding, an earlier statement alleging assault has been withdrawn and no assault took place."

yeah no poo dipshits. the "misunderstanding" is that your steward pushed Aguero and then lied that he got punched. fire him.

Basically there is a war between Wenger and Board of Directors.  Board of Directors wanted Wenger gone this season so last season they spent £140M on players like Mustafi, Perez and etc.  Arsenal owner brought Wenger back like a moron and gave him all the power so Wenger is selling all the players the board of directors purchased without his permission last year.  Also, Alexis, Ozil and Ox want out because Wenger was brought back...  basically Arsenal was an amazingly ran franchise for decades but has been destroyed from within by a moron owner that have no idea how soccer works.  None of the current Arsenal players want to play for Arsenal or Wenger.  Most of Arsenal superstars are free agents next year who refuse to sign new deals and want to leave on free.  A disaster that was create by Stan Kroenke and Arsene Wenger.  Most Arsenal fans expecting Milan like collapse.  Many preparing to jump the ship, including me.  Arsenal owner poo on fans and destroyed the team just because he can.

Just to add...  Last year the board showed that Arsenal can easily spend £150M during transfer window and still make profit.  Arsenal also reported questionable wire transfers of millions of dollars to majority owner holding company which fans questioned but no explanation was given.  Second majority shareholder who is Arsenal fan and owes 30% of Arsenal is banned by majority owner from attending any meetings or have any inside information.  A huge red flag. Usamov (2nd majority shareholder) tried to buy 70% stake 3 months ago for $2 billion but Kroenke said Arsenal is not for sale and is part of his sport team portfolio.  Arsenal shows $500 million in cash available on books but many think this number is gone to Kroenke accounts.  Kroenke has been aggressively buying land in US and spent billions on it over the last 3 years without anyone know where money came from.  Funny that money transfers from Arsenal and Kroenke land purchases are coincide almost perfectly.

If you want to know what kind of person Kroenke is...  look no farther than this article https://www.dallasnews.com/business/real-estate/2016/08/11/la-rams-owner-stan-kroenke-tells-longtime-waggoner-ranch-residents-get-property

Tells seller one thing, buys land with likely fraudulent money he stole from his teams and kicks all residents out just because...  just no reason.
