Hurney's first big decision

I believe Hurney's first big decision will be what happens with Michael Oher. I have operated under the assumption that Oher will not be on this team due to the concussion he sustained last season.

I am curious to see how this is handled since Oher is reportedly (last I checked) going to camp next week.

I think Oher knows he's gone. He pretty much came at the organization for the firing of Gettleman.

Hopefully, the Panthers do right by him and give him a nice settlement

It would really be sad to let Oher go just so Hurney looks like he's dealing for you.

I don't think this changes anything with Oher. He was headed toward an injury settlement and retirement and still is.

Ah Oher, along with Mitchell, another DG diamond in the rough that the DG haters are overlooking.

I think Hurney's first decision will be to figure out how best to ensure that 100% of current and future salary cap is tied up on players that are currently rostered.

Thank God Klein and Tolbert are gon. Those seem like no-brainer contracts for hurney. Top 10 LB money for Klein. Top 10 RB money for Tolbert.
