That doesn't sound like a guy content with an interim role. Tell me I'm wrong.

Yeah this is probably perm.    It's probably interim to get him in there really fast and avoid Rooney rule because of how quickly season is coming up.

Probably interview a few candidates to adhere to Rooney Rule, then give Hurney the permanent spot.
