No joke, I pulled up a complete list of all 32 teams and deciding on a new team. I set rules and guidelines: No contenders (too easy), no NFC south team (obvious reasons) prefer a team similar mold to the Panthers; Up and coming, middle of the road team on the brink of breaking out, prefer no previous SB winners. 

 

Rams, Texans, Titans and Bengals so far are good candidates. Still have to weigh all the options.

I think we have to adhere to the Rooney rule since the season hasn't officially started. I also think that the fan base in general doesn't think that JR is a racist (65% of our coaching staff, including HC and DC, are minorities), I just think we're scared shitless about the idea of Hurney negotiating the upcoming 2018 contracts.
