i think he's pretty much finished unless it's a limited consulting role. he was pretty much ready to step down in 2013 before he got called up to run the team.

Less than a week if he wants one. He probably collect a check for a year though.

He said that this would be his last job. So, unless he takes a consulting role, he's probably done.

He's done. Doubt he even gets offered a job.

People can pretend like the 3 division crowns were on him, however once of those seasons only had 7 wins, so there is a big fat asterisk next to that. Plus the 2 actual winning seasons featured a core left over from the previous regime. 

Then to have a team go from 15-1 to 6-10 the next year is not a sign of a great GM.

People tout his salary cap genius, when in reality he just kicked the can down the road in many circumstances. Not to mention he also has the benefit of the cap increasing 57 million from where it was at the time of Hurney's firing. 

He wasn't all bad and i'm not trying to pour salt in the wound but he was never the Genius the huddle collectively wanted him or promoted him to be.
