Fun fact: TD will be taking a significant reduction in snaps according to the Panthers coaching staff. We could low ball him to stay on as a back up, but this league doesn't deal in having 34 year old back-ups at the linebacker position unless you're James Harrison.

I think Ron is the type coach Jerry wants and wants to succeed.  I think Dave often was more concerned with building a Dave team big picture and having a certain reputation.

DG might have done 2 press conferences a year and other than that he kept to himself, his coaches, and the team.

And all y'all want to do is keep talking about this massive ego he had and that that was the problem.

(P.S. They all have egos... players, coaches, executives.  My point is that DG's ego existed and had an affect on the team (just as coach and player egos affect the team), but to pretend it was anything unusual in the annals of football history is just a joke.  And a really weak effort to invent a theory or excuse.)
