Yeah, because guys like Bill Cowher and other top-notch team execs are always looking to work for owners that look over their shoulders and fire them if they hurt their "favorite" player's feelings.

Baisiclly losing front office personnel like the Pres and Brandon Beane may have been more of a clash with G-Man than we knew.

I love Olsen, but here's the thing about his grumbling for a new contract:

If the SUPPOSED new offense works out the way it is intended, his catches and impact go DOWN.  Which is why he wants a new contract *now*.

JR has pulled a whole 'nother level of fug-uppidness with this one.

Please list all the other ''hits'' in that span across the league. 

Two All-Pros in just four seasons...and then you have several other young players that are coming onto their own, or those who are in positions that are not glamorous. 

Norwell, Benjamin, Bradberry, Worley, Thompson, say what you want be each player listed there has shown they belong in their own right, Benjamin set rookie records, Norwell has become very good for us. 

Thompson has done nothing but flash in limited time, Bradberry looks every bit like a top tier NFL DB moving forward, Worley came into his own late as well. 

Then we add McCaffrey, Samuel, and Moton...if you see our draft history we have been trending upwards. Aside from the mishandling of franchise caliber vets, and pulling Norman's tag, there IMO are very few team management issues under Gettleman. 

To me the staff has been a bigger disappointment.
