Well I am fresh back from a 1250 mile drive. Kinda tired, but still trying to calm from driving all night through the three "Villes" on I40 home. I decide to pull down my notifications, and what do I see from B/R? "Panthers owner Jerry Richardson announces firing of GM Dave Gettleman."

Now I'll never get to sleep.  Holy crap!

Obviously I hate DG and wanted him gone but the even bigger problem is JR which I have stated before. 

But as posted above with those type of player reactions Gettleman seriously needed to go. We don't have to get into his draft history or free agent history but to have players tweeting out reactions like that, that's a big teller

We just lost the best GM we've ever had because he hurt players feelings. Jerry is too emotional and familial to run a successful franchise. We're stuck in place until he's gone
